If you had to Prioritise one thing above all else in your business what would it be? Now this is slightly diferent to 'what is the only and most important thing in business for any business is ?' And we would argue there is only one true answer and that 99% of people in or out of business would get it wrong. Maybe this is why so many businesses fail!
Prioritising is not the answer! Neither is financial management, however Effective it is!
