Traditional sales and marketing has been disrupted in an understatement and equally is a contradiction! We are human after all. Humans buy from humans whether in person or from a far. The processes are pretty much the same as they've always been but the tools we use to communicate are very different. In some sectors you can get away with not having a digital presence and some people will still only use their physical black book (black book is a reference to contacts and is not intended to be racist!) and meet in person. No Zooms, no skypes although this is very rare. Brand is more important than ever and that now includes you as a brand, your CV is a brand promotion!
