L is for Leads! L is for loss is for lost is for lending is for leverage.  You want new qualified leads for your business?  According to some marketing gurus and experts that are many ways to do this.  Chris Cardell for example says there 77 ways to win more business.  Leads for your business are critical.  Without new business you have no business! However, you decide to go about generating and qualifying leads here is a short guide to help you consider what is best for your business.

A lead will take you to a sale and here we see the evolving lifeblood of the business.  The flow of leads into your business will be one of the most important things to invest in.  After your product!  Remember, you don't have a business without a product.  If you have a business that sells nothing please let us know what it is you sell! 

Whether you call a lead a lead or a prospect they will need to be nutured, they will need to be in a system and they will need to go through a process.  This does not need to be complicated.  Start at the beginning.  Generate Leads - Awareness!  The missing link.
