C

C is for Credit where credit is due! C is for Corn! Corn circles, C is for Circles! Commercially specially. C is for Commodity is for Currency! Is for Competitive Cost.  Is for Calculated!

Common ground can be found calculating a crisis.  Communication.

Do you feel like you're running around in circles?  What business word can you think of that begins with C ?  The first word that comes to mind?

Hey!  Businesses that fail are the ones that give up!  Are you a quitter?  Too much Competition in your niche, aka marketplace.  It's easier to grow a business that has started than starting a new business from nothing, are you a struggling start-up!

Don't be cynical everything is cyclical and if your are cynical there will be a cliche to put a positive spin on it.  Do you want me to 'continue' ! Actually whilst we pause for thought, did you know that there is a profession 'Continued Improvement Engineering' ? It is true, its not made up.  Under the umbrella Lean there are engineers and manufacturers seeking continued improvements.  Are we all Lean Engineers and we didn't know it?

To be Continued...  with more content!  That was a play on words!  We're always continuing and there will always be more content!  would you like content for your business?  Do you have Clarity ? Did you think of the word commission ? Do you ever feel you're being forced to take action ?  Are you Coerced, Coaxed, or Coached and whats the difference!?

Coerced, coaxed, and coached all involve influencing someone’s behavior, but the manner and power dynamics differ:

Coerced

  • Forceful → compulsion through threats, pressure, or intimidation.

  • No real choice given.

  • Negative connotation.

  • Ex: He was coerced into confessing.

Coaxed

  • Gentle persuasion → influence with charm, patience, or incentives.

  • The person technically chooses, but under nudging.

  • Neutral-to-positive connotation (depending on intent).

  • Ex: She coaxed him to try the new food.

Coached

  • Guided training → helping someone practice, learn, or prepare.

  • The person is willing and usually benefits.

  • Positive connotation.

  • Ex: The lawyer coached the witness on courtroom etiquette.

So in a spectrum:

👉 Coerced (forced) ←——→ Coaxed (persuaded) ←——→ Coached (guided)

They overlap because they’re all about changing someone’s behaviour or words, but the level of consent and tone is what sets them apart.

You thought only about CASH ! Right ?  Currency isn't a singular entity you know!  We know, you're not Confused just Concerned about being Conned.
